Kompetisi bisnis anak muda yang rutin digelar sejak 2007 ini untuk menggali potensi wirausaha muda di Tanah Air.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corporate Secretary Bank Mandiri Teuku Ali Usman mengatakan, memasuki tahun ke-16, Bank Mandiri berharap WMM 2023 dapat memompa semangat para pengusaha muda Indonesia untuk berinovasi dan memacu kreativitas untuk menciptakan ekonomi Indonesia yang berkelanjutan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWMM menjadi perpanjangan tangan bagi kami, untuk mendukung pertumbuhan pengusaha muda Indonesia dan menjadi bagian dari aksi Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) Bank Mandiri yang kami yakini punya dampak besar terhadap masyarakat,\u201d jelas Ali melalui keterangan resminya, Jumat (12\/1\/2024).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, sejak pendaftaran dibuka pada 27 September 2023, WMM kali ini telah menjaring 8.290 pendaftar dari seluruh Indonesia, dengan beragam jenis dan kategori usaha. Lewat program penjurian dan penyisihan yang telah dilaksanakan, kini peserta WMM 2023 yang akan bertanding memperebutkan gelar Juara telah masuk babak Top 20 Business Existing dan Top 4 Finalist Business Plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun, WMM 2023 dibagi ke dalam 4 kategori bisnis yaitu Kategori Boga, Sosial, Teknologi dan Kreatif. Sebanyak 24 peserta yang terpilih akan mengikuti tahap penilaian yang dilangsungkan di Surabaya selama satu pekan mulai dari 14 hingga 19 Januari 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukan hanya bersaing, seluruh finalis akan dibekali dengan pelatihan secara komprehensif oleh para pakar dan pemimpin perusahaan secara eksklusif. Termasuk mengikuti sesi mentoring nasional yang akan dihadiri oleh Direktur Kepatuhan dan SDM Bank Mandiri Agus Dwi Handaya dan CEO Geprek Bensu sekaligus <em>Influencer<\/em> Jordi Onsu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, finalis WMM 2023 juga akan dibekali ilmu secara langsung dengan berkunjung ke salah satu pabrik milik nasabah Bank Mandiri dan pelaku usaha UMKM terkemuka di Surabaya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami tidak ingin WMM menjadi ajang perlombaan saja, tetapi menjadi wadah pembelajaran yang komplet bagi semua peserta, untuk bekal pengembangan usaha mereka ke depan,\u201d jelas Ali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menambahkan, spesial di WMM 2023 finalis Top 20 Business Existing akan saling unjuk gigi di WMM Exhibition pada tanggal 18-20 Januari 2024 di Tunjungan Plaza 3, Surabaya. Melalui WMM Exhibition 2023 para finalis <em>showcasing<\/em> produk ke seluruh pengunjung Tunjungan Plaza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUniknya dari WMM Exhibition 2023 ini, 20 finalis harus mampu menarik pengunjung dengan memamerkan produk atau karya unggulan masing-masing dengan konsep <em>pop-up etalase<\/em>. Ini merupakan kesempatan yang baik dan strategis bagi para finalis untuk mempromosikan keunggulan usaha mereka secara langsung ke pengunjung,\u201d tambah Ali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian, babak final dan awarding akan diselenggarakan pada Jumat, 19 Januari 2024. Para finalis akan diuji secara langsung oleh para Dewan Juri yang terdiri dari Direktur Utama Bank Mandiri Darmawan Junaidi, CEO USS Network Sayeed Muhammad, CMO Fore Coffee Matthew Adrian.
