{"id":11763,"date":"2024-04-01T13:20:45","date_gmt":"2024-04-01T06:20:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=11763"},"modified":"2024-04-01T13:21:30","modified_gmt":"2024-04-01T06:21:30","slug":"pemerintah-suntik-dana-rp6-triliun-untuk-wijaya-karya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=11763","title":{"rendered":"Pemerintah Suntik Dana Rp6 Triliun untuk Wijaya Karya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Pemerintah resmi memberikan Penyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) sebesar Rp6 triliun kepada PT Wijaya Karya (Persero).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) telah menandatangani Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 15 Tahun 2024 tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia Ke Dalam Modal Saham Perusahaan Perseroan PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, yang ditetapkan pada (28\/3\/2024).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam beleid itu disebutkan bahwa keputusan pemerintah untuk melakukan penyuntikan modal negara adalah demi mempertahankan kepemilikan saham pemerintah ketika WIKA melakukan penawaran umum terbatas atau <em>right issue<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Bahwa untuk memperbaiki struktur permodalan dan meningkatkan kapasitas usaha Perusahaan PT Wijaya Karya Tbk dalam rangka penyelesaian Proyek Strategis Nasional melalui penerbitan saham baru guna mempertahankan komposisi kepemilikan saham negara pada Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Wijaya Karya Tbk,&#8221; demikian tulis Beleid tersebut, dikutip Senin (1\/4\/2024).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adapun, modal negara yang disertakan oleh pemerintah bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Tahun anggaran 2024 dengan besaran PMN yang diberikan mencapai Rp6 triliun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Nilai penambahan penyertaan modal negara sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 sebesar paling banyak Rp6.00.000.000.000,00,&#8221; demikian bunyi pasal 2 PP itu.
