{"id":12927,"date":"2024-06-13T06:50:12","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T23:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=12927"},"modified":"2024-06-13T06:50:16","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T23:50:16","slug":"pegadaian-siapkan-rp2-triliun-untuk-pembiayaan-sosial-berkelanjutan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=12927","title":{"rendered":"Pegadaian Siapkan Rp2 Triliun untuk Pembiayaan Sosial Berkelanjutan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> PT Pegadaian (Persero) berupaya membantu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memitigasi dampak perubahan iklim dengan menyediakan Pembiayaan Sosial Berkelanjutan (<em>Sustainable Social Loan<\/em>) sebesar Rp2 triliun pada 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUntuk masyarakat yang terdampak (perubahan) iklim, terutama UMKM di kalangan bawah, itu kami beri support lewat pinjaman-pinjaman, terutama gadai, karena secara prosedur, mekanisme itu lebih mudah,\u201d kata Ferdian Timur Satyagraha, Direktur Keuangan dan Perencanaan Strategis PT Pegadaian di Jakarta, pada Rabu (12\/6\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya, seringkali isu perubahan iklim diasumsikan hanya terkait sektor pertambangan dan perminyakan, padahal terdapat korelasi antara isu tersebut dengan industri keuangan dan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat, misalnya di sektor pertanian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perubahan iklim, lanjutnya, dapat mengakibatkan berkurangnya kapasitas aset produktif pertanian maupun kualitas produksi para pelaku UMKM di bidang tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPegadaian terus memberikan <em>support<\/em>, yang pasti kami punya <em>social loan<\/em>, kami punya bantuan sosial, dan kami membiayai (para pelaku UMKM tersebut) sebagai bagian dari holding ultramikro, kita membiayai terkait dengan pinjaman ultramikro yang di bawah Rp10 juta,\u201d ujar Ferdian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menuturkan bahwa mayoritas dari total nasabah Pegadaian yang mencapai lebih dari 24 juta pelanggan mengajukan pinjaman di bawah Rp10 juta dengan rata-rata pembiayaan per nasabah sebesar Rp6 juga hingga Rp7 juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun begitu, ia mengatakan bahwa dampak perubahan iklim tidak serta merta membuat tingkat <em>Non-Performing Loan<\/em> (NPL) atau kredit macet nasabah menjadi tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKorelasi (dampak perubahan iklim) terkait dengan NPL ada, tapi untuk yang industri gadai akan lebih rendah dibandingkan posisi (NPL) yang non-gadai atau industri perbankan,\u201d tutup Ferdian.
