{"id":14491,"date":"2024-09-13T11:39:30","date_gmt":"2024-09-13T04:39:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=14491"},"modified":"2024-09-13T11:39:34","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T04:39:34","slug":"ui-dan-uitm-kerja-sama-penelitian-tata-ruang-perkotaan-berkelanjutan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=14491","title":{"rendered":"UI dan UiTM Kerja Sama Penelitian Tata Ruang Perkotaan Berkelanjutan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Sekolah Ilmu Lingkungan (SIL) Universitas Indonesia (UI) dan Universiti Tan MARA (UiTM), Malaysia menjalin kerja sama penelitian&nbsp; pengembangan tata ruang perkotaan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koordinator Klaster Riset Penataan Ruang dan Kawasan Berorientasi Transit (PR-TOD) SIL UI, Dr. Hayati Sari Hasibuan mengatakan pengembangan TOD di Jakarta mendorong kenaikan harga tanah dan bangunan, terutama di sekitar stasiun MRT, LRT, dan Commuter Line yang menjadi pusat transit utama di Jabodetabek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPengembangan kawasan TOD di wilayah metropolitan Jakarta menyebabkan peningkatan harga lahan dan bangunan, khususnya di sekitar stasiun MRT, LRT, dan Commuter Line, yang merupakan titik transit utama penduduk Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi,\u201d kata Hayati, Jumat (13\/9\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosen Tetap SIL UI dan Analis Kebijakan Ahli Utama (AKAU), Prof. Drs. Raldi H Koestoer, menekankan pentingnya kajian lanjutan mengenai keterjangkauan harga properti di kawasan TOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKajian mengenai keterjangkauan harga properti di sekitar kawasan TOD metropolitan Jakarta dan Kuala Lumpur perlu dilakukan untuk mengoptimalisasi pemanfaatan kawasan TOD, terutama bagi kelompok ekonomi menengah yang bergantung pada transportasi massal,\u201d ujar Raldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Transit-Oriented Development <\/em>(TOD) adalah konsep pengembangan kawasan yang mengutamakan aksesibilitas terhadap transportasi publik, mengintegrasikan stasiun-stasiun transportasi massal dengan hunian, kantor, dan fasilitas umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian kedua perguruan tinggi ini diharapkan akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam seminar kolaborasi antara UI dan UiTM. Seminar bertajuk \u201cFuture Sustainable City Development on The Change of Jakarta\u2019s State Capital Status To IKN: Lessons from Malaysia\u201d pada 18 September 2024 di Depok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di acara itu akan dihadirkan narasumber dari UiTM, di antaranya Dr. TPr. Marlyana Azzyati Marzukhi, Head of Center of Studies for Town and Regional Planning (FSPU), dan Dr. Muhammad Hakim Danial, Senior Lecturer of FSPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para pakar dari UiTM akan berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman mengenai pengembangan kota yang berkelanjutan, termasuk pelajaran yang dapat diambil dari pembangunan ibu kota baru di Malaysia untuk diterapkan pada rencana pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) di Indonesia.
