{"id":14918,"date":"2024-10-08T14:11:15","date_gmt":"2024-10-08T07:11:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=14918"},"modified":"2024-10-08T14:11:20","modified_gmt":"2024-10-08T07:11:20","slug":"pelindo-gelar-program-refreshment-untuk-operator-quay-container-crane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=14918","title":{"rendered":"Pelindo Gelar Program Refreshment untuk Operator Quay Container Crane"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) berupaya menghadapi berbagai tantangan digital melalui program Refreshment bago operator <em>quay container crane<\/em> (QCC) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan bongkar muat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program Refreshment Operator QCC berlangsung selama tiga hari yakni mulai 28 September hingga 1 Oktober 2024 di Terminal Petikemas New Makassar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIni bagian dari komitmen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan, efisiensi, dan keunggulan operasional dalam penanganan bongkar muat peti kemas,\u201d kata Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia SPTP Ady Sutrisno di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Selasa (8\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program itu diikuti oleh 10 operator QCC dari berbagai cabang dan anak perusahaan SPTP Group, termasuk Terminal Petikemas New Makassar, PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, dan PT Terminal Teluk Lamong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ady mengatakan program Refreshment diselenggarakan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan alat bongkar muat terutama QCC yang mendorong kebutuhan untuk memperbarui pengetahuan operator QCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oleh sebab itu, program ini diadakan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkini tentang peralatan dan prosedur keselamatan, praktik terbaik mengoperasikan QCC serta meningkatkan kapabilitas operator dalam melaksanakan tugas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program Refreshment merupakan bagian dari strategi SPTP untuk meningkatkan standar operasional dengan menyegarkan keterampilan para operator QCC sehingga operasi terminal peti kemas lebih aman dan efisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKami yakin setiap operator dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, bekerja lebih aman, dan berkontribusi secara optimal dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan,\u201d kata Ady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selama tiga hari, program ini dibagi menjadi sesi teori dan praktik yaitu peserta dibekali materi mulai dari teori crane, penanganan peti kemas, keterampilan komunikasi, hingga latihan praktik pengoperasian QCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada hari pertama, peserta mempelajari teori dasar operasi crane, rencana stowage, dan prosedur kerja yang aman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hari kedua diisi dengan latihan praktik, di mana peserta mendemonstrasikan kemampuan mereka di kabin QCC sedangkan hari ketiga diakhiri dengan ujian untuk mengukur kompetensi mereka.
