Peningkatan target tersebut dilakukan BNI guna mendukung program prioritas pemerintah, yakni program 3 juta rumah, yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan hunian layak bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dKontribusi BNI dalam mendukung program prioritas pemerintah juga dilakukan melalui program FLPP yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah backlog perumahan di Indonesia,\u201d kata Direktur Retail Banking BNI Corina Leyla Karnalies di Jakarta, Rabu (15\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BNI menargetkan KPR bersubsidi naik menjadi Rp1,8 triliun pada 2025 dibandingkan Rp1,6 triliun tahun lalu. Program KPR bersubsidi FLPP BNI memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh hunian pertama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corina menuturkan dengan skema FLPP, masyarakat bisa memiliki rumah dengan uang muka hingga 1% dan bantuan uang muka sebesar Rp4 juta untuk rumah tapak. Masyarakat juga bisa menikmati bunga spesial sebesar 5% <em>fixed<\/em> hingga akhir periode kredit dengan tenor hingga 20 tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syaratnya adalah maksimum penghasilan masyarakat yang dapat menerima program tersebut yakni sebesar Rp7 juta untuk pekerja lajang dan Rp8 juta untuk yang sudah menikah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui skema Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera), BNI juga mendukung penyediaan rumah bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Masyarakat bisa memiliki rumah dengan uang muka hingga 1% dan bunga ringan sebesar 5% <em>fixed<\/em> selama periode kredit dengan tenor hingga 30 tahun, dengan syarat bahwa peserta Tapera memiliki gaji maksimal Rp8 juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan pelaksanaan program FLPP dan Tapera, BNI melakukan fungsinya sebagai <em>agent of development<\/em>, menjadi mitra strategis pemerintah dalam mewujudkan cita-cita penyediaan perumahan yang layak dan terjangkau bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Komitmen ini menjadi bukti nyata peran aktif BNI dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat,&#8221; tutup Corina.
