Sama halnya dengan di kredit konsumer. Jadi dua-duanya memiliki target pertumbuhan yang sama,\u201d kata Direktur Keuangan BNI Novita Widya Anggraini di Jakarta, Rabu (22\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia mengatakan, kredit segmen korporasi memiliki prospek yang positif pada sektor komunikasi, infrastruktur, dan perindustrian. \u201cHal ini sejalan dengan program pemerintah untuk pemerataan pembangunan dan juga hilirisasi industri,\u201d ujarnya. Sementara pertumbuhan kredit segmen konsumer diharapkan dapat didorong oleh produk kredit payroll dan kredit mortgage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novita menyatakan bahwa meskipun pemerintah menerapkan kenaikan PPN menjadi 12%, tapi pihaknya tetap optimistis dapat mencapai target pertumbuhan kredit tersebut dengan strategi diferensiasi produk-produk konsumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terkait penurunan suku bunga acuan Bank Indonesia (BI Rate) sebesar 25 basis poin (bps) menjadi 5,75%, ia menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya berharap kebijakan tersebut dapat mendorong perbaikan kondisi likuiditas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKemudian proyeksi kami memang masih memproyeksikan terdapat penurunan BI rate lagi sebesar 25 basis poin. Tentunya ini akan berdampak pada likuiditas perbankan yang akan membaik, khususnya kami ekspektasikan di semester kedua,\u201d jelas Novita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia mengatakan bahwa pihaknya juga menyambut baik aturan baru mengenai Devisa Hasil Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam (DHE SDA), karena juga dapat meningkatkan likuiditas perbankan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aturan baru DHE SDA tersebut akan mewajibkan eksportir menempatkan sebesar 100% DHE SDA di Indonesia dengan periode minimal selama satu tahun. Kebijakan DHE SDA sebelumnya mewajibkan para eksportir menempatkan minimal 30% dari DHE SDA dengan jangka waktu minimal tiga bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDHE yang ada di BNI di kisaran US$1,3 miliar atau 13% dari deposito valas sedangkan 70% lainnya adalah dalam bentuk giro,\u201d tutup Novita.
