{"id":17358,"date":"2025-02-23T09:47:02","date_gmt":"2025-02-23T02:47:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=17358"},"modified":"2025-02-23T09:47:04","modified_gmt":"2025-02-23T02:47:04","slug":"bank-dki-jadikan-layanan-digital-sebagai-ujung-tombak-pada-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=17358","title":{"rendered":"Bank DKI Jadikan Layanan Digital Sebagai Ujung Tombak pada 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Bank DKI tetap menjadikan layanan digital sebagai ujung tombak di tahun 2025 untuk menghadirkan layanan keuangan yang inovatif dan inklusif agar kian mudah diakses khalayak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kami akan terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi agar dapat memberikan solusi perbankan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan,&#8221; kata Direktur Teknologi &amp; Operasional Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono melalui keterangan tertulis, dikutip Minggu (23\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amirul menjelaskan salah satu inovasi digital adalah pengembangan fitur pada aplikasi &#8220;JakOne Mobile&#8221;, optimalisasi layanan digital untuk pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), serta penguatan ekosistem transaksi non-tunai di berbagai sektor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplikasi &#8220;JakOne Mobile&#8221; kini telah dilengkapi berbagai fitur unggulan mulai dari pembukaan rekening tabungan dan deposito secara <em>online<\/em> (daring), berbagai pembayaran tagihan, transaksi dengan QRIS, infak dan sedekah, hingga fitur tarik tunai tanpa kartu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mendukung pelaku UMKM, Bank DKI mengembangkan &#8220;JakOne Abank&#8221;, layanan perbankan sistem keagenan berbasis Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) bagi pelaku UMKM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, Bank DKI turut memperkenalkan &#8220;Jakarta Tourist Pass&#8221;, solusi digital berbasis kartu elektronik (JakCard) dan aplikasi (JakOne Pay) yang memudahkan wisatawan mengakses destinasi populer, transportasi umum, kuliner, dan layanan pariwisata lainnya di Jakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkait prestasi di bidang digital, Bank DKI berhasil menempatkan perusahaannya di dalam 20 popular Chief Technology\/Information Officer (CTO\/CIO) di Indonesia dan meraih meraih penghargaan dari The Iconomics. Penghargaan sebagai bentuk apresiasi kepada perusahaan yang dinilai mampu beradaptasi dan mampu tumbuh secara berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penilaian yang dijadikan pengukuran, yakni konfigurasi (model profit, struktur, dan proses), penawaran produk (kinerja produk dan sistem produk), dan pengalaman (layanan, saluran, dan kedekatan konsumen), serta pengalaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Sekretaris Perusahaan Bank DKI, Arie Rinaldi menambahkan Bank DKI akan terus mengembangkan layanan berbasis digital guna mendukung ekosistem keuangan yang lebih efisien dan modern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dengan berbagai inovasi layanan digital yang dilakukan, Bank DKI berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi positif seiring visi mendukung pertumbuhan Jakarta dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat,&#8221; tegas Arie.
