Kedisiplinan pelanggan dalam membeli tiket online dan mengisi data manifest dengan benar adalah kontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan layanan transportasi yang lebih modern, aman, dan nyaman,\u201d ujar Heru dikutip dari keterangan resmi, Jumat (5\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heru menambahkan, Hari Pelanggan Nasional menjadi momentum refleksi sekaligus komitmen bagi seluruh insan ASDP untuk terus bekerja keras menghadirkan layanan prima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami ingin setiap perjalanan dengan kapal ferry menjadi pengalaman yang membanggakan. Oleh karena itu, ASDP akan terus melakukan inovasi, memperkuat sistem digital Ferizy, serta menjaga standar keselamatan dan kenyamanan di setiap pelabuhan maupun kapal,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai bagian dari perayaan Harpelnas 2025, ASDP juga menggelar acara apresiasi langsung kepada penumpang di lintas Merak\u2013Bakauheni. Suasana penyeberangan menjadi semakin meriah dengan hiburan penyanyi Jirayut di atas KMP Portlink yang disambut antusias oleh penumpang. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, sebanyak 500 merchandise eksklusif berupa kipas mini, bantal, tumbler, boneka, tote bag, dan souvenir menarik lainnya dibagikan kepada pelanggan di kapal maupun dermaga eksekutif Merak dan Bakauheni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corporate Secretary ASDP, Shelvy Arifin, menegaskan bahwa apresiasi ini bukan sekadar seremonial, melainkan wujud penghargaan kepada pelanggan yang turut menjadi bagian dari perubahan positif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami berterima kasih kepada seluruh pengguna jasa yang telah setia bersama ASDP.
