Sedangkan, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan rata-rata 93,85%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Berdasarkan angka tersebut, rata-rata penumpang melampaui target harian yang diberikan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi DKI Jakarta,&#8221; kata Direktur Utama PT LRT Jakarta Roberto Akyuwen di Jakarta, Selasa (18\/11\/2025)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya, angka ini menunjukkan kepercayaan masyarakat yang terus tumbuh terhadap LRT Jakarta sebagai moda transportasi publik yang andal, aman dan nyaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain peningkatan jumlah penumpang, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan LRT Jakarta pada tahun ini hingga September juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 93,85%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia mengatakan dengan rata-rata kedatangan tepat waktu (<em>on time performance<\/em>\/OTP) sebesar 99,88% dan capaian standar pelayanan minimum sebesar 98,54% per Oktober 2025. Capaian ini menjadi bukti komitmen perusahaan dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan pengalaman perjalanan yang menyenangkan bagi pengguna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia menambahkan untuk mendukung kenyamanan dan aksesibilitas, LRT Jakarta menghadirkan fasilitas yang ramah bagi semua kalangan termasuk penyandang disabilitas, lansia, pesepeda, perempuan, serta ibu dan anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LRT Jakarta dilengkapi dengan ruang tenang, ruang laktasi, Pos SAPA, Pos Kesehatan, toilet disabilitas, loket kehilangan dan penemuan barang (lost and found) dan papan penunjuk arah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di dalam kereta, tersedia kursi prioritas dan area khusus untuk sepeda, menjadikan LRT Jakarta sebagai moda transportasi yang modern, aman dan inklusif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia mengatakan PT LRT Jakarta melalui berbagai inisiatif bisnis strategis juga senantiasa melakukan upaya meningkatkan pendapatan n<em>on-farebox<\/em> (non tiket) melalui kemitraan retail dengan pelaku usaha. &#8220;Kemudian penyewaan lahan komersial, serta layanan periklanan dan publikasi yang bertujuan untuk keberlanjutan bisnis perusahaan,&#8221; tutupnya.
