ASDP tidak hanya menyediakan layanan transportasi penyeberangan, tetapi juga menata ulang pengalaman perjalanan agar lebih tertib, mudah, dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman\u2014sejalan dengan semangat pelayanan Danantara yang #MelayaniSepenuhHati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Operasi dan Transformasi ASDP, Rio Lasse, menegaskan bahwa capaian ini merupakan cerminan dedikasi seluruh insan ASDP yang menjaga standar layanan dari waktu ke waktu. \u201cPenghargaan ini bukan sekadar apresiasi, melainkan pemacu bagi kami untuk terus menghadirkan terobosan yang meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna jasa di seluruh Indonesia,\u201d tutur Rio dalam keterangan resmi, dikutip Sabtu (13\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predikat Public Service Innovation for Destination Growth diberikan karena ASDP dinilai mampu mengelola evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan secara komprehensif dan menjadikannya dasar peningkatan berkelanjutan. Dewan juri menilai ASDP tidak hanya menghadirkan konektivitas antarpulau, tetapi juga membuka peluang ekonomi, mendukung tumbuhnya destinasi baru, dan memperkuat integrasi sosial masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corporate Secretary ASDP, Windy Andale, menambahkan bahwa peningkatan layanan dilakukan secara menyeluruh \u2014 mulai dari kesiapan operasional hingga kualitas interaksi petugas di lapangan. \u201cKami memastikan armada dan fasilitas pelabuhan selalu prima, karena pengalaman terbaik hanya dapat hadir ketika seluruh rantai layanan bekerja serempak,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Windy menegaskan bahwa nilai-nilai #MelayaniSepenuhHati kini menjadi fondasi penting dalam budaya pelayanan ASDP yang diwujudkan melalui cara petugas memastikan setiap pelanggan mendapatkan rasa aman serta kenyamanan selama perjalanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu pilar inovasi ASDP adalah digitalisasi melalui sistem reservasi online Ferizy. Transformasi ini mengubah pola perjalanan masyarakat menjadi lebih tertib dan terprediksi, sekaligus memberikan pengalaman pemesanan tiket yang lebih mudah, cepat, dan transparan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga 31 Agustus 2025, Ferizy mencatat 3,23 juta pengguna, meningkat signifikan dari 2,59 juta pengguna pada Oktober 2024. Dalam waktu kurang dari satu tahun, jumlah pengguna tumbuh 24,7 persen, atau bertambah 640 ribu akun baru.
