Hal ini mencerminkan keprcayaan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital KAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice President Corporate Communication KAI Anne Purba menyampaikan capaian itu menegaskan peran Access by KAI sebagai kanal utama pilihan masyarakat dalam merencanakan perjalanan, sekaligus mencerminkan meningkatnya kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap layanan digital KAI yang praktis, cepat, dan terintegrasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat yang semakin digital terlihat jelas selama masa Angkutan Natal 2025 dan Tahun Baru 2026 yang berlangsung sejak 18 Desember 2025 hingga 4 Januari 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menyebutkan angkutan Natal dan tahun baru saat ini yang mencapai 4.179.095 pelanggan, tumbuh 12,02% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 3.730.584 pelanggan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anne mengatakan Access by KAI dirancang sebagai pusat kendali perjalanan pelanggan, bukan sekadar aplikasi pembelian tiket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAccess by KAI kami kembangkan untuk memudahkan pelanggan mengatur perjalanan secara mandiri, mulai dari pembelian, <em>reschedule<\/em>, hingga pembatalan tiket tanpa harus datang ke stasiun, sepanjang tiket terdaftar atas nama pribadi atau salah satu penumpang dalam kode <em>bookin<\/em>g,\u201d jelas Anne dalam keterangan resmi, Rabu (7\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih dari itu, Access by KAI juga menghadirkan ekosistem layanan digital yang terintegrasi. Melalui satu aplikasi, pelanggan dapat mengakses berbagai layanan pendukung seperti pemesanan hotel, E-Porter, pembayaran listrik, hingga konektivitas antarmoda seperti KA Bandara, Whoosh, dan LRT Jabodebek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIni bukan hanya soal kemudahan, tetapi tentang bagaimana kami menghadirkan pengalaman perjalanan yang utuh dalam satu genggaman,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai bagian dari komitmen KAI terhadap keberlanjutan dan efisiensi layanan, Access by KAI juga dilengkapi dengan fitur Carbon Footprint serta pendaftaran <em>face recognition boarding<\/em> yang kini tersedia di 22 stasiun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitur itu memungkinkan proses <em>boarding<\/em> berlangsung lebih cepat, efisien, dan nyaman, terutama pada periode dengan volume perjalanan tinggi seperti Natal dan tahun baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari sisi layanan operasional, kereta api jarak jauh melayani 3.392.439 pelanggan atau 122,9% dari kapasitas 2.761.048 tempat duduk. Sementara itu, kereta api lokal melayani 786.656 pelanggan atau 105,6% dari kapasitas 745.056 tempat duduk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tingkat keterisian yang melampaui kapasitas ini dipengaruhi oleh pola perjalanan pelanggan yang dinamis, khususnya pada layanan kereta api lokal yang memungkinkan naik dan turun pelanggan di sejumlah stasiun dalam satu perjalanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami melihat digitalisasi tidak hanya mempercepat transaksi, tetapi juga membantu pelanggan merencanakan perjalanan dengan lebih tertib dan terukur.
