Penghargaan tersebut adalah The Most Brilliant Learning and Talent Development of The Year 2025 (Regional Champion) dan The Most Brilliant Chief Human Capital Officer of The Year 2025 &#8211; Regional Champion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galih Geraldi Permana selaku VP Human Capital PT. JIEP pada kesempatan itu mengatakan bahwa PT. JIEP terus menciptakan leader-leader baru untuk menduduki posisi strategis dalam rangka pengembangan SDM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kami akan menciptakan leader-leader baru untuk siap menduduki posisi strategis karena memang di PT.
