{"id":23367,"date":"2026-01-30T14:44:11","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T07:44:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=23367"},"modified":"2026-01-30T14:44:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T07:44:14","slug":"kai-antisipasi-cuaca-ekstrem-melalui-manajemen-amus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=23367","title":{"rendered":"KAI Antisipasi Cuaca Ekstrem Melalui Manajemen AMUS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) atau KAI terus memperkuat kesiapan operasional melalui skema Manajemen Alat Material Untuk Siaga (AMUS) sebagai langkah untuk menghadapi potensi curah hujan ekstrem yang terjadi di sejumlah wilayah pada akhir Januari 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKAI terus melakukan langkah antisipatif menghadapi potensi cuaca ekstrem, khususnya yang berisiko menimbulkan banjir di jalur kereta api,\u201d kata Vice President Corporate Communication KAI Anne Purba dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Jumat (30\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan keselamatan perjalanan serta menjaga keandalan layanan transportasi berbasis rel di tengah dinamika kondisi cuaca. \u201cKeselamatan perjalanan menjadi prioritas utama kami, dan seluruh jajaran di lapangan telah disiagakan untuk merespons setiap potensi gangguan secara cepat dan terukur,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebagai bagian dari penguatan kesiapsiagaan, KAI menyiapkan 355 tenaga ekstra, 861 Petugas Jaga Lintasan (PJL) ekstra, serta Petugas Penjaga Daerah Rawan ekstra yang ditempatkan pada titik-titik dengan tingkat kerawanan tinggi di berbagai wilayah operasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPara petugas ini bekerja dengan sistem siaga 24 jam dan terbagi dalam tiga shift, sehingga pengawasan terhadap kondisi jalur rel dapat dilakukan secara kontinu, baik siang maupun malam,\u201d tambah Anne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain penguatan sumber daya manusia, KAI juga menyiagakan alat material untuk siaga di sejumlah lokasi strategis. Adapun AMUS merupakan sistem manajemen krisis berbasis <em>pre-positioning<\/em>, di mana alat, material, dan sarana pendukung telah ditempatkan lebih dulu di titik rawan untuk mempercepat proses penanganan jika terjadi gangguan prasarana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secara umum, AMUS mencakup empat pilar utama, yaitu pertama, kesiapan alat kerja seperti mesin pemadat badan jalan rel (mesin MTT dan PBR\/kendaraan khusus buat pemeliharaan jalur rel guna pemadatan tubuh rel), ekskavator, dan genset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilar kedua adalah ketersediaan material, antara lain karung pasir, batu balas, bantalan, potongan rel, plat sambung, hingga terpal. Ketiga adalah kesiapan sarana angkut berupa gerbong datar, gerbong balas, serta lori atau dresin (kendaraan khusus pemeliharaan jalur untuk mobilisasi cepat di lintas). \u201cTerakhir adalah siaga personel 24 jam, dengan sistem komando terintegrasi antara pusat dan wilayah,\u201d kata Anne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya, keberadaan AMUS membuat KAI tidak hanya bersifat reaktif, tetapi juga proaktif dan preventif dalam mengelola risiko cuaca ekstrem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, KAI juga secara rutin memantau data prakiraan cuaca dari instansi terkait serta melakukan inspeksi intensif di titik-titik rawan banjir, genangan, dan pergerakan tanah.
