(BBRI) mendukung pembiayaan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) sektor bahan bangunan melalui penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Perumahan guna menopang pelaksanaan Program Gentengisasi pemerintah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah tersebut menjadi bagian dari dukungan perbankan terhadap upaya peningkatan kualitas hunian masyarakat sekaligus memperkuat rantai pasok industri perumahan nasional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun, Gentengisasi adalah program untuk mendorong penggunaan material atap yang lebih layak dan sejuk seperti genteng, menggantikan penggunaan seng maupun asbes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Utama BRI Hery Gunardi mengatakan perseroan mengambil posisi strategis sebagai fasilitator pembiayaan yang menghubungkan pengusaha genteng dengan pengembang perumahan maupun pengguna akhir melalui skema KUR Perumahan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeran BRI berada di tengah. Ketika sudah ada kontrak antara pengusaha genteng dan developer atau user, BRI siap memfasilitasi pembiayaannya. Kebetulan kami sudah memiliki KUR Perumahan dan bahan bangunan seperti ini merupakan bagian dari pembiayaan tersebut,\u201d ujar Hery dalam keterangan resmi, dikutip Senin (2\/3\/2026). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya, pembiayaan tidak hanya mendorong peningkatan kualitas hunian masyarakat, tetapi juga menciptakan efek berganda bagi perekonomian daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penyaluran KUR Perumahan dinilai mampu menggerakkan aktivitas produksi UMKM bahan bangunan, memperkuat rantai pasok sektor konstruksi perumahan, serta membuka peluang lapangan kerja di berbagai wilayah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keterlibatan pelaku usaha lokal dalam penyediaan material juga diharapkan meningkatkan daya saing industri genteng dalam negeri.
