Ia menyoroti kebiasaan mengonsumsi lontong sayur, opor, dan rendang secara berturut-turut selama libur Lebaran yang kerap menjadi pemicu meningkatnya jumlah pasien di rumah sakit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Budi Gunadi, hidangan khas Lebaran memang menggoda, tetapi konsumsi berlebihan dapat membawa risiko kesehatan. Ia menyebut bahwa kandungan santan yang dipanaskan berulang kali mengandung lemak jenuh yang tinggi dan dapat membebani tubuh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHidangan Lebaran memang selalu menggoda. Tapi hati-hati,\u201d tulis Budi dalam unggahannya. Ia juga menambahkan bahwa kebiasaan makan berlebihan saat Lebaran menjadi salah satu alasan rumah sakit sering mengalami lonjakan pasien setelah hari raya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fenomena \u201cbalas dendam makan\u201d setelah menahan diri selama Ramadan disebut sebagai salah satu kebiasaan yang perlu diwaspadai. Budi mengingatkan bahwa niat merayakan hari kemenangan seharusnya tidak berujung pada masalah kesehatan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJangan sampai niat kita merayakan hari kemenangan malah berujung sakit,\u201d tulisnya. Pesan ini menekankan pentingnya menjaga pola makan meski sedang dalam suasana perayaan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budi Gunadi Sadikin juga membagikan beberapa cara sederhana agar tetap bisa menikmati hidangan Lebaran tanpa berlebihan. Ia menyarankan untuk tetap makan lauk seperti ayam atau daging, tetapi tidak mengonsumsi kuah santan secara berlebihan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk ketupat, ia mengingatkan agar membatasi porsi, cukup dua hingga tiga potong saja. Ia juga menyarankan menambahkan telur sebagai sumber protein yang dibutuhkan tubuh. \u201cKita tetap bisa menikmati makanan enak kok, asalkan tahu triknya,\u201d tulis Budi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budi mengajak masyarakat untuk membagikan informasi ini kepada keluarga agar tetap menjaga kesehatan setelah Lebaran. Ia menekankan bahwa menjaga pola makan saat hari raya penting untuk mencegah gangguan kesehatan.
