Dulu, perbandingan pengaduan yang masuk ke kanal <em>call center<\/em> dan PLN Mobile adalah 64% berbanding 32%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo yang juga Chief Transformation Officer, selama 2,5 tahun ini PLN melakukan transformasi secara masif, salah satunya melalui digitalisasi di berbagai aspek, dari pembangkit, transmisi, keuangan, pengadaan hingga layanan ke pelanggan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saat ini aplikasi PLN Mobile yang dikembangkan PT PLN (Persero) sudah banyak digunakan masyarakat. Hingga kini, tercatat sudah lebih dari 35 juta pengguna mengunduh dan memberikan tingkat kepuasan 4,8 dari skala 5 di Play Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Business process yang tadinya berbelit, business process yang tadinya kompleks, kita bongkar, kita ringkas, kita sederhanakan,&#8221; jelas Darmawan dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (1\/12\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan transformasi ini, pelayanan PLN menjadi jauh lebih cepat. PLN melakukan transformasi penanganan gangguan dengan mengintegrasikan aplikasi PLN Mobile dengan <em>virtual command center<\/em> dan <em>yantek optimization<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>Performance<\/em> petugas-petugas PLN di lapangan yang sebelumnya tidak terukur kini terukur dan termonitor langsung oleh pelanggan juga manajemen PLN hingga ke tingkat atas. Hal ini membuat kepercayaan masyarakat meningkat untuk menggunakan PLN Mobile,&#8221; jelas Darmawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sementara itu, Kepala Satuan Manajemen Digital dan Teknologi Informasi PLN Suroso Isnandar mengatakan tingginya antusiasme masyarakat tersebut dipicu hadirnya beberapa fitur yang membantu pelanggan dalam mengakses layanan kelistrikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Misalnya ada layanan membeli dan membayar listrik, internet retail lewat Iconnect, EV Digital Services Hingga <em>marketplace<\/em>,&#8221; tutur Suroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahkan lanjut Suroso, New PLN Mobile dipercaya masyarakat sebagai kanal pengaduan yang cepat dan reliabel serta mampu menggeser kanal <em>call center<\/em>.
