{"id":2814,"date":"2022-12-08T10:41:21","date_gmt":"2022-12-08T03:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=2814"},"modified":"2022-12-08T10:41:21","modified_gmt":"2022-12-08T03:41:21","slug":"dorong-inovasi-pnm-gelar-i-fest-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=2814","title":{"rendered":"Dorong Inovasi, PNM Gelar I-Fest 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Guna mendorong semangat inovasi dan kolaborasi antara kantor cabang, kantor pusat serta afiliasi dalam berkarya, PT PNM menggelar Innovation Festival 2022 atau I-Fest 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I-Fest 2022 hadir untuk memberikan tantangan bagi karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) yang memiliki ide dan dapat menawarkan inovasi sesuai portofolio bisnis perusahaan serta mampu mengembangkan talenta yang kompetitif yang dapat menunjang kemajuan perusahaan.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Direktur Utama PT PNM, Arief Mulyadi menyampaikan apresiasi nya atas kegiatan I \u2013 Fest 2022. Ia berharap semua insan PNM mempunyai spirit untuk melakukan pembaharuan, bukan mengganti tapi menyempurnakan yang sudah ada. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMomen-momen seperti ini akan terus digalangkan agar semua ide-ide kreatif dan inovatif dari semua insan PNM, untuk menjadikan PNM tumbuh dan berkembang lebih baik,\u201d ujar Arief pada Rabu (7\/12\/2022).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terdapat 3 (Tiga) Kategori yang ditentukan yaitu : <em>Product &amp; Business Strategy, Technology &amp; Services Improvement <\/em>dan<em> Social Innovation<\/em>, masing-masing kategori terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tim teratas hasil penjurian Tahap Semifinal 23 Besar sebelumnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah mengikuti serangkaian tahapan mulai dari sosialisasi, <em>kick off<\/em>, seleksi awal, semifinal 23 besar, kini finalis 10 besar berkesempatan mengikuti <em>boot camp<\/em> yang akan dipandu oleh Dr. Wahyu T Setyobudi, MM, ATO,CPM (<em>Specialized in Transformation and Innovation<\/em>) tentang <em>Becoming an Innovative Professionals.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan karyawan yang memiliki ide dan dapat menawarkan inovasi sesuai portofolio bisnis perusahaan serta mampu mengembangkan talenta yang kompetitif yang dapat menunjang kemajuan perusahaan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acara ini juga menjadi ajang mencari karya inovasi terbaik dari karyawan untuk menjadi agen perubahan dan diharapkan mampu memicu budaya inovasi yang berkelanjutan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebagai informasi, bentuk konsistensi PNM mendukung perekonomian dengan total nasabah hingga 07 Desember 2022 PNM telah menyalurkan pembiayaan sebesar Rp162,35 triliun kepada nasabah PNM Mekaar yang berjumlah 13,39 juta nasabah. Saat ini PNM memiliki 4.213 kantor layanan PNM di seluruh Indonesia yang melayani UMK di 34 Provinsi, 422 Kabupaten\/Kota, dan 6.158 Kecamatan.
