Ia berharap, jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) akan mengutamakan kepentingan korban.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepentingan itu terkait dengan pengembalian dana nasabah yang telah digelapkan KSP Indosurya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami mendengar jaksa telah menyita aset dari Indosurya yang jumlahnya juga mencapai triliunan rupiah. Nah, kami harap tuntutan jaksa nanti menyita aset itu untuk dikembalikan kepada korban,\u201d tutur Richard dalam keterangan pers, dikutip Jumat (23\/12\/2022).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya, pengembalian dana menjadi harapan ribuan anggota KSP Indosurya di seluruh Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, korban menggantungkan nasibnya kepada jaksa dalam persidangan kasus penipuan dan penggelapan KSP Indosurya dengan terdakwa Henry Surya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila nanti putusan pengembalian dana atau uang korban tidak terjadi, kata Richard, pihaknya juga masih berharap proses sebelumnya dari penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang (PKPU) bisa dilanjutkan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBagi korban yang penting dana bisa kembali,\u201d imbuhnya. Ia menilai jaksa berupaya mengembalikan kerugian dari korban Indosurya karena jaksa sudah menyita sekitar Rp 2,7 triliun aset Indosurya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahkan, terbaru jaksa mengajukan lagi penyitaan tambahan aset Indosurya kepada majelis hakim dan hanya dikabulkan sebagian seperti benda bergerak milik Indosurya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harapan Richard kerugiannya bisa dikembalikan. Richard adalah bagian dari ratusan korban KSP Indosurya yang nilai kerugiannya diperkirakan lebih dari Rp 350 miliar. Sebagai informasi, korban Indosurya mencapai sekitar 23.000 orang dengan kerugian berdasarkan laporan hasil analisis PPATK mencapai Rp 106 triliun.
