{"id":3780,"date":"2023-01-09T17:08:51","date_gmt":"2023-01-09T10:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=3780"},"modified":"2023-01-09T17:08:53","modified_gmt":"2023-01-09T10:08:53","slug":"pemerintah-wajibkan-calon-jemaah-umrah-dan-haji-plus-ikut-bpjs-kesehatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=3780","title":{"rendered":"Pemerintah Wajibkan Calon Jemaah Umrah dan Haji Plus Ikut BPJS Kesehatan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Pemerintah mewajibkan calon jemaah umrah dan calon jemaah haji khusus terdaftar sebagai peserta aktif program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) atau BPJS Kesehatan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kewajiban tersebut tercantum dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 1456\/2022 tentang Persyaratan Kepesertaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dalam Penyelenggaraan Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah (PPIU) dan Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji Khusus (PIHK).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aturan tersebut mulai berlaku sejak 21 Desember 2022. \u201cPPIU dan PIHK mempersyaratkan pendaftaran calon jemaah umrah dan calon jemaah haji khusus sebagai peserta aktif program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional, dibuktikan dengan data\/dokumen yang sah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan,\u201d bunyi aturan tersebut yang dikutip Senin (9\/1\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aturan yang ditetapkan Menteri Agama Yaqut Cholil Qoumas pada 21 Desember 2022 itu juga mewajibkan pelaku usaha dan pekerja pada penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah (PPIU) dan penyelenggara ibadah haji khusus (PIHK) harus terdaftar sebagai peserta aktif BPJS Kesehatan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, jemaah haji khusus yang belum terdaftar sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan sebelum keputusan ini ditetapkan, diwajibkan menjadi peserta aktif BPJS Kesehatan pada saat pelunasan biaya perjalanan ibadah haji khusus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mengimplementasi aturan tersebut, Yaqut menugaskan Direktur Jenderal Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah untuk melakukan pemantauan terhadap PPIU dan PIHK atas pelaksanaan program BPJS Kesehatan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi, Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 1456\/2022 merupakan tindak lanjut atas Instruksi Presiden Nomor 1\/2022 tentang Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dan juga optimalisasi program BPJS Kesehatan.
