Juga sektor lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN) Bambang Susantono mengungkapkan sektor investasi yang paling diminati oleh investor asal Malaysia di IKN, Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebagai informasi, 11 investor asal Malaysia telah meneken letter of intent (LOI) kepada OIKN. Mereka adalah Aliance MEP, Berjaya, Boustead Properties, Carsome, HCM Engineering, i2 Energy, Olympic Cable, Pharmaniaga, Reneuco, Success Electronics &amp; Transformer Manufacturer, serta Tenaga Nasional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investor asal Malaysia tersebut tertarik menanamkan modalnya pada bidang pengelolaan sampah (<em>waste management<\/em>), infrastruktur telekomunikasi, dan properti. Kemudian, jalan raya, layanan kesehatan dan farmasi, energi terbarukan, hingga ke <em>platform e-commerce<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Hal ini menandakan perkembangan minat investasi swasta di IKN cukup signifikan,&#8221; kata Bambang dalam rilisnya, Kamis (12\/1\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Bambang, saat ini sektor infrastruktur dan utilitas yang paling banyak diminati oleh investor. Setelah itu, <em>mixed used<\/em> dan komersial, perumahan, jasa konsultan, kesehatan, perkantoran swasta dan BUMN, perkantoran pemerintah, serta teknologi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dKami yakin infrastruktur di IKN yang menjadi fokus tahun 2023 dapat berjalan sesuai rencana atau bahkan lebih cepat,\u201d ujar Bambang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adapun, Sosialisasi Awal Peluang Investasi di IKN (<em>Pre-Market Sounding<\/em>) hasilnya adalah dari lahan yang ditawarkan sebesar 38 hektar, permintaan lahan dari calon investor (berdasarkan LOI) mencapai 965 hektar atau 25 kali lipat.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kemudian, pada <em>Market Sounding<\/em> bersama Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pada 18 Oktober 2022 hasilnya hingga Januari 2023 permintaan lahan mencapai 1.793 hektar atau 44 kali lipat.
