BusinessUpdate <\/strong>– Garuda Indonesia membukukan laba bersih sebesar Rp55,7 triliun pada tahun 2022. Nilai ini melampaui BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) yang tergabung dalam InJourney. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Erick Thohir mengungkapkan, di luar Garuda Indonesia, kinerja perusahaan negara di bawah PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) atau InJourney masih merah atau dalam fase penyehatan. “Di jasa pariwisata dan pendukung, konsolidasi yang paling tinggi non cash (laba bersih) di Garuda, lainnya masih taraf penyehatan, kemarin masih merah,” ungkap Erick Thohir, dikutip Rabu (15\/2\/2023). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diimbuhkan Erick, kinerja keuangan BUMN yang dinaungi Holding Pariwisata dan Pendukung semakin meningkat, bila terjadi konsolidasi aset perusahaan. Salah satunya, menggabungkan bandara yang dikelola Angkasa Pura I (Persero) dan Angkasa Pura II (Persero). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Namun Erick belum membeberkan waktu pelaksanaannya. Meski begitu, dia optimis bahwa kinerja BUMN di sektor tersebut mulai membaik dan ditargetkan terus tumbuh pada tahun ini. “Ketika bandara satu (AP 1), dan dua (AP II) belum konsolidasi secara keuangan, kemarin masih merah. Insya Allah tahun ini 2023 untung, jadi ada peningkatan,” tuturnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erick memperkirakan laba konsolidasi BUMN sepanjang 2022 mencapai Rp303,7 triliun. Jumlah itu juga dikontribusikan oleh laba bersih emiten bersandi saham GIAA itu. Saat ini, Garuda belum bergabung ke dalam InJourney. Sebabnya, perusahaan harus melewati semua proses dan tahapan restrukturisasi keuangan yang ditargetkan rampung akhir 2022-2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Namun ada perkiraan Garuda akan bergabung ke dalam InJourney pada akhir tahun ini. Saat pembentukan InJourney sebelumnya, Erick melarang Garuda Indonesia masuk ke dalam anggota holding. Lantaran maskapai masih menanggung utang jumbo yang mencapai ratusan triliun Rupiah. Kebijakan menunda bergabungnya Garuda Indonesia ke dalam holding untuk menghindari kemungkinan buruk yang terjadi.
