{"id":5380,"date":"2023-03-21T17:52:32","date_gmt":"2023-03-21T10:52:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=5380"},"modified":"2023-03-21T17:52:34","modified_gmt":"2023-03-21T10:52:34","slug":"perlu-dana-rp26-triliun-untuk-bangun-infrastruktur-air-di-indonesia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=5380","title":{"rendered":"Perlu Dana Rp26 Triliun untuk Bangun Infrastruktur Air di Indonesia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Guna membangun infrastruktur untuk penyaluran air di Nusantara pada tahun 2030 dibutuhkan dana jumbo sebesar US$1,7 triliun atau sekitar Rp26.105 triliun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Direktur Jenderal Pembiayaan Infrastruktur Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Herry Trisaputra Zuna mengatakan, jumlah dana tersebut besarnya tiga kali lipat dari tingkat investasi saat ini.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUntuk mencapai akses air minum yang aman, adil, dan terjangkau untuk semua pada tahun 2030, nilai investasi tambahan yang dibutuhkan sekitar US$1,7 triliun atau tiga kali lipat dari tingkat investasi saat ini,\u201d jelas Herry pada acara workshop \u201cBlended Finance for Water Sector\u201d di Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Senin (20\/3\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana tambahan tersebut diperlukan untuk menyokong APBN, yang hanya mampu memenuhi 37% kebutuhan dana infrastruktur air yang ada di Indonesia. Herry mengakui, infrastruktur sektor air di Indonesia saat ini masih sangat bergantung pada APBN.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika ingin mengejar target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) tahun 2030, pemerintah harus bisa mengundang pihak swasta. Untuk pemenuhan dana infrastruktur sektor air, dibutuhkan mekanisme <em>financing delivery<\/em> yang tepat. Salah satunya yaitu <em>blended finance<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Direktur Pelaksanaan Pembiayaan Infrastruktur Permukiman Kementerian PUPR Meike Kencanawulan Martawidjaja, <em>blended finance<\/em> memungkinkan akses terbuka ke basis investor yang lebih luas dan memungkinkan dukungan untuk infrastruktur di Indonesia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengintegrasikan bantuan teknis dengan pembiayaan, meminimalkan risiko, meningkatkan likuiditas, membangun aset berkualitas yang selaras dengan SDGs, dan mengintegrasikan pihak publik dan swasta,\u201d tutup Meike (rn\/jh)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BusinessUpdate &#8211;
