{"id":5492,"date":"2023-03-28T07:36:40","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T00:36:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=5492"},"modified":"2023-03-28T07:36:42","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T00:36:42","slug":"laba-dipatok-10-kci-pilih-beli-krl-bekas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=5492","title":{"rendered":"Laba Dipatok 10%, KCI Pilih Beli KRL Bekas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Direktur Utama PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) atau KAI Didiek Hartantyo menyatakan, salah satu alasan PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI)&nbsp; memilih impor KRL bekas adalah harga yang lebih murah.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di hadapan anggota Komisi VI DPR, Didiek mengatakan kemampuan PT KCI untuk membeli KRL baru sangat terbatas karena keuntungan PT KCI hanya dipatok 10% akibat adanya <em>public service obligation<\/em> (PSO).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk pengadaan 16 trainset kereta baru melalui PT INKA saja, PT KCI membutuhkan modal dari PT KAI sekitar Rp800 miliar hingga Rp1 triliun dan sisanya dengan utang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kemampuan KCI untuk membeli kereta baru itu sangat terbatas,&#8221; ujarnya saat RDP dengan Komisi VI DPR RI di Gedung DPR, Jakarta, Senin (27\/3\/2023). Menurutnya, harga 1 KRL baru sebesar Rp20 miliar sehingga 1 <em>trainset<\/em> KRL baru mencapai Rp200 miliar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angka tersebut sangat besar jika dibandingkan dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk membeli KRL impor bekas. Harga 1 KRL impor bekas seharga Rp1,6 miliar sehingga 1 <em>trainset<\/em> KRL impor bekas menjadi Rp16 miliar. Jika membeli KRL baru biaya operasional pasti akan membengkak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain lebih murah, KRL bekas pun setelah dilakukan konservasi masih dapat digunakan hingga 15 tahun tergantung jaminan suku cadang atau <em>sparepart-<\/em>nya. Bahkan setelah lewat dari 15 tahun, KRL bekas ini masih dapat dilakukan retrofit atau modifikasi teknologi dan fitur sehingga bisa digunakan kembali hingga lebih dari 10 tahun.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Setelah diimpor, selama jaminan <em>sparepart-<\/em>nya masih memadai itu masih bisa jalan. Dan saya bertanggung jawab mengenai keselamatan, kalau memang kereta-kereta itu tidak layak dijalankan, tidak layak keselamatan, saya akan hentikan,&#8221; tutupnya.
