Untuk itu, pemerintah mengajak swasta untuk berpartisipasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) merinci pembangunan rumah tersebut. Sebanyak 2.585 unit hunian ASN dan Hankam di IKN Nusantara memerlukan anggaran Rp9,4 triliun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menteri PUPR, Basuki Hadimuljono, mengatakan pihaknya masih dalam tahap penyiapan pembangunan hunian ASN dan Tni-Polri di IKN. Menurutnya, Kementerian PUPR tengah mematangkan kebutuhan pengadaan lahan dan kebutuhan hunian ASN dan Hankam dan percepatan pengadaan tanah di IKN.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di samping itu, terdapat beberapa skenario skema pembiayaan penyediaan perumahan di IKN. &#8220;2.585 unit diusulkan dibangun menggunakan APBN dengan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp9,4 triliun,&#8221; kata Basuki dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu (29\/3\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basuki menambahkan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hunian lainnya sebanyak 9.295 unit direncanakan dibangun melalui skema kerja sama pemerintah dengan badan usaha (KPBU) dengan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp35,8 triliun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, untuk pembangunan 5.110 unit rusun milik, pemerintah perlu mengajak investasi swasta atau pengembang perumahan dengan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp6,2 triliun. Dengan demikian, total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun 16.990 unit rumah ASN mencapai Rp51,4 triliun.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sementara itu, jumlah ASN, TNI, dan Polri yang akan dipindahkan ke IKN hingga 2024 mencapai 16.900 orang.\u00a0 Ia mengungkapkan, pembangunan hunian dengan model apartemen sejalan dengan konsep kota hutan atau <em>forest city<\/em> yang diusung IKN.
