{"id":5788,"date":"2023-04-10T15:25:52","date_gmt":"2023-04-10T08:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=5788"},"modified":"2023-04-10T15:25:54","modified_gmt":"2023-04-10T08:25:54","slug":"kelebihan-biaya-pembangunan-proyek-kereta-kcjb-sekitar-rp18-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=5788","title":{"rendered":"Kelebihan Biaya Pembangunan Proyek Kereta KCJB Sekitar Rp18 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi (Menko Marves), Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengatakan, Pemerintah Indonesia dan China sepakat soal besarnya kelebihan biaya (<em>cost overrun<\/em>) proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung (KCJB) sebesar US$1,2 miliar (sekitar Rp18 triliun).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luhut masih berupaya melakukan negosiasi suku bunga pembayaran, serta tenor pinjaman untuk megaproyek itu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Terkait pinjaman kepada KAI untuk pembiayaan <em>cost overrun<\/em> kami sedang finalkan negosiasi mengenai suku bunga. Suku bunga sudah turun dari 4%, sekarang kita masih ingin lebih rendah lagi. Juga mengenai struktur penjaminan serta tenor dan jangka waktu, ini tinggal final,&#8221; jelasnya dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta, Senin (10\/4\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Luhut, China menginginkan Pemerintah Indonesia membayar pelunasan utang melalui Keuangan Negara atau APBN. Namun, Pemerintah RI justru meminta China mempertimbangkan hal tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Memang masih ada masalah psikologis. Dia (China) maunya dari APBN. Tapi kita jelaskan lagi, kalau dari APBN prosedurnya menjadi panjang. Jadi kalau dia tetap mau harus dari APBN, ya dia akan mengalami panjang, kita sudah ingatkan itu. Jadi mereka masih mikir-mikir,&#8221; jelas Luhut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, Luhut mengundang Pemerintah China untuk menghadiri peresmian Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang rencananya berlangsung pada 18 Agustus 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peresmian dilakukan langsung oleh Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi). &#8220;Dalam kunjungan kemarin juga terdapat berapa kali berapa hal yang disepakati, ditindaklanjuti antar kedua negara. Yang pertama, Kereta Api Cepat Jakarta-Bandung, kita harapkan mulai beroperasional 18 Agustus 2023 sebagai hadiah HUT RI ke-78,&#8221; ujar Luhut.
