Dijual ke konsumen Rp85.000-90.000 per kilogram. Nanti ada ritel modern dengan <em>freezer<\/em> jadi tidak bisa lebih dari itu,&#8221; ujar Budi Waseso saat pembongkaran daging kerbau di Tanjung Priok, Rabu (12\/4\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Buwas, sapaan Budi Waseso, saat ini Bulog memiliki 11 distributor yang sudah memenuhi syarat. Distributor ini memiliki <em>downline<\/em> yang sudah menandatangani persyaratan untuk menjual daging sesuai dengan harga yang ditetapkan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masuknya 18.000 ton daging kerbau impor itu merupakan penugasan tahap pertama yang dilakukan oleh Perum Bulog oleh pemerintah. Adapun sepanjang 2023 Perum Bulog mendapatkan penugasan untuk mengimpor daging kerbau sebanyak 100.000 ton.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ini kita lakukan bertahap. Artinya kalau misal kebutuhan akan daging kerbau 20.000 per bulan stok enggak ada yah kita impor 20.000. Ini 18.000 ton datang untuk kepentingan puasa Lebaran. Untuk kebutuhan daging atau kerbau ini sudah mencukupi. Insha Allah permintaan masyarakat akan daging terpenuhi dengan datangnya impor ini,&#8221; tutupnya.
