Pada fase ini belum ada perjalanan kereta yang dilakukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General Manager Corporate Secretary PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) Rahadian Ratry mengatakan, pada fase awal <em>test commissioning<\/em> hari ini belum ada perjalanan <em>electric multiple unit<\/em> (EMU) atau <em>comprehensive inspection train<\/em> (CIT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hal tersebut karena pada tahapan awal <em>test commissioning<\/em> baru akan dimulai persiapan berupa pengujian integrasi sistem sarana, prasarana, <em>fixed asset <\/em>seperti <em>signalling, telecomunication, catenary, operation control center<\/em> (OCC), depo, dan stasiun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Test commissioning<\/em> adalah salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dalam rencana pengoperasian KCJB. Dalam proses ini akan dilakukan pengujian dan assessment sarana dan prasarana KA Cepat serta integrasi sistemnya, termasuk uji dinamis perjalanan EMU\/CIT yang akan dilakukan di sepanjang trase KCJB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Pada tahap awal sudah dilakukan <em>independent test <\/em>terhadap sarana dan prasarana terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan bahwa semua subsistem berjalan dengan normal sesuai standar dan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Proses <em>independent test<\/em> tersebut sudah dimulai sejak April 2023,&#8221; jelas Rahadian melalui keterangan tertulis, Senin (15\/5\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk memastikan bahwa tahapan pengujian dan <em>assessment<\/em> telah dilakukan dengan benar, KCIC telah menunjuk NERC dan CARS sebagai konsultan independen yang membantu pelaksanaan <em>test commissioning<\/em> proyek KCJB. NERC adalah asessor sarana dan prasarana, sementara CARS lebih sebagai konsultan yang melakukan <em>assessment<\/em> atas <em>safety <\/em>sarana dan prasarana KCJB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uji dinamis akan dilakukan dengan menjalankan <em>locomotive diesel<\/em> (DMU) terlebih dahulu selama beberapa hari dengan kecepatan hingga 80 km\/jam. Selanjutnya, akan dijalankan EMU KCJB sebagai bagian tahapan <em>test commissioning <\/em>dengan kecepatan yang dibatasi sampai nantinya mencapai kecepatan teknis yang diizinkan, yaitu 385 km\/jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meski belum akan segera dilalui oleh sarana CIT atau EMU KCJB, masyarakat tetap diminta untuk tidak mendekat dan beraktivitas di sekitar jalur KCJB. Hal tersebut dikarenakan listrik sudah akan mulai diaktifkan di mana kekuatan untuk <em>overhead catenary system<\/em> KCJB mencapai 27,5 KV dan itu sangat berbahaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Test commissioning<\/em> merupakan tolok ukur penting dalam proyek KCJB. Dari kegiatan inilah seluruh sarana dan prasarana yang dibangun akan dites kesiapannya hingga menjelang operasional KCJB.
