{"id":6503,"date":"2023-05-21T14:20:34","date_gmt":"2023-05-21T07:20:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=6503"},"modified":"2023-05-21T14:21:01","modified_gmt":"2023-05-21T07:21:01","slug":"bph-migas-puji-kebijakan-pemda-batasi-penjualan-bbm-bersubsidi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=6503","title":{"rendered":"BPH Migas Puji Kebijakan Pemda Batasi Penjualan BBM Bersubsidi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas) mendukung inisiatif pemerintah daerah (Pemda) yang membatasi penjualan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) bersubsidi pada paruh pertama tahun ini karena dapat membantu program subsidi tepat yang sedang digodok pemerintah pusat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anggota Komite BPH Migas Saleh Abdurrahman mengatakan inisiatif yang diambil sejumlah Pemda belakangan ini menjadi krusial di tengah peningkatan konsumsi bensin dan solar dari masyarakat, sementara kuota yang ditetapkan tahun ini tidak banyak bergeser.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUntuk daerah yang menerapkan lebih ketat silahkan, Bangka Belitung dan Kalimantan Selatan misalnya, menerapkan volume hampir separuh dari yang ditetapkan BPH,\u201d kata Saleh saat Workshop Media, Sabtu (20\/5\/2023).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui inisiatif pembatasan itu, konsumsi BBM dapat dioptimalkan di tengah upaya pemerintah untuk menghemat anggaran subsidi energi tahun ini. Di sisi lain, pembatasan penjualan BBM subsidi itu juga diharapkan dapat mengurangi potensi penyalahgunaan di tengah masyarakat.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKalau misalnya solar bisa 200 liter, dengan aturan Pemda bisa dibatasi separuhnya, kendaraan pribadi dari 60 liter ke 30 liter silahkan, tujuannya Pemda mendukung subsidi tepat sasaran,\u201d katanya.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi, pemerintah belum juga menerbitkan aturan revisi dari Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 191\/2014 tentang Penyediaan, Pendistribusian dan Harga Jual Eceran BBM hingga awal tahun ini.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun, usulan revisi Perpres yang mengatur tata niaga BBM itu sudah diajukan sejak pertengahan tahun lalu. Namun, Kementerian ESDM belum kunjung mendapat persetujuan izin prakarsa dari Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (Kemensetneg).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Kementerian ESDM memproyeksikan pertumbuhan konsumsi dua BBM bersubsidi itu relatif tinggi di kisaran 5% hingga 10% dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu.&nbsp; Adapun, BPH Migas mencatat realisasi penyaluran Pertalite hingga April 2023 berada di angka 9,26 juta kiloliter (KL) atau telah mencapai 28,44% dari total alokasi kuota yang disiapkan tahun ini sebesar 32,56 juta KL.
