{"id":6536,"date":"2023-05-23T09:23:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T02:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=6536"},"modified":"2023-05-23T11:17:49","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T04:17:49","slug":"waskita-beton-pasok-precast-untuk-tol-pasuruan-probolinggo-seksi-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=6536","title":{"rendered":"Waskita Beton Pasok Precast untuk Tol Pasuruan-Probolinggo Seksi 4\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) akan memasok produk <em>precast<\/em> SPRigWP (Sistem Perkerasan Rigid Waskita Precast) untuk Proyek Jalan Tol Pasuruan-Probolinggo Seksi 4.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice President of Corporate Secretary Fandy Dewanto mengatakan, suplai ini sebagai bentuk kontribusi perseroan mendukung keberhasilan pembangunan proyek strategis nasional (PSN).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ini suplai pertama kami untuk proyek jalan tol, apalagi ini merupakan tol besar yang termasuk dalam Trans Jawa milik PT Transjawa Paspro Jalan Tol,\u201d jelas Fandy melalui keterangan tertulis, Senin (22\/5\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebanyak 70 panel SPRigWP disuplai untuk bagian jalan sepanjang 120 meter dan 11,7 meter pada jalan tol yang masuk PSN ini. Proses produksi dilakukan di Precast Plant Prambon, Jawa Timur yang berjarak sekitar 107 kilometer dari lokasi proyek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengiriman menggunakan trailer sehingga tepat waktu. Ia mengatakan, WSBP memulai produksi sejak awal Mei 2023 dan ditargetkan selesai produksi pada pertengahan Mei 2023 secara bertahap. Kini, progres produksi sudah mencapai 100% dan akan dikirimkan bertahap ke proyek.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perseroan menargetkan proses suplai dan instalasi produk hingga proses <em>grouting<\/em> selesai sekitar akhir Mei 2023. \u201cSaat ini, sudah terpasang 49 panel, sisa 21 panel. Target kami akan selesai proses pemasangan pada 22 Mei ini,\u201d tuturnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi, SPRigWP memiliki berbagai keunggulan dibandingkan dengan sistem perkerasan jalan konvensional. Waktu instalasi yang lebih cepat, dapat digunakan untuk konstruksi jalan baru dan peningkatan jalan, dan dapat mengendalikan beban berlebih serta kerusakan jalan. Kemudian, memiliki daya tahan yang lebih lama, pemasangan lebih mudah, cepat, dan tepat, serta jalan dapat segera difungsikan, dapat meminimalisir penutupan jalan dan memiliki biaya perawatan yang mudah.
