Raihan dana ini tentunya akan mengalahkan IPO terbesar saat ini yang dipegang oleh PT Bukalapak.com Tbk. (BUKA) yang meraup dana Rp21,9 triliun.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Direktur Panin Asset Management Rudiyanto dalam analisanya mengungkapkan bobot PHE terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dan IDX30 hanya berkisar 1-2% karena <em>free float<\/em> maksimal hanya 15 persen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMeski IPO PHE berpotensi menjadi yang terbesar, kalaupun <em>free float-<\/em>nya 15% efeknya hanya akan 2%,\u201d jelas Rudiyanto, dikutip dari <em>Bisnis<\/em>,Minggu (11\/6\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia menjelaskan perhitungan bobot PHE terhadap IHSG menggunakan perhitungan kapitalisasi pasar dan konsep <em>free float<\/em> atau saham yang dipegang masyarakat. Dengan asumsi <em>free float<\/em> PHE sebesar 10% dan dana yang dihimpun Rp30 triliun, maka kapitalisasi pasar sebesar Rp300 triliun.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia berpendapat jika IPO Rp30 triliun ini akan menarik likuiditas di saham terutama institusi BUMN. Hal itu karena investor akan banyak melakukan transaksi jual dibandingkan beli sehingga ketika asing <em>net buy<\/em> terus menerus sekalipun tetapi investor lokal melakukan jual maka IHSG tidak akan bergerak.
