{"id":7407,"date":"2023-07-10T07:20:37","date_gmt":"2023-07-10T00:20:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=7407"},"modified":"2023-07-10T07:20:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-10T00:20:41","slug":"mandiri-investasi-optimistis-produk-berbasis-esg-makin-diminati-investor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=7407","title":{"rendered":"Mandiri Investasi Optimistis Produk Berbasis ESG Makin Diminati Investor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (Mandiri Investasi) optimistis produk investasi yang mengedepankan prinsip kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, sosial dan tata kelola yang prudent atau <em>environmental, social, and governance<\/em> (ESG) makin diminati investor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Direktur Utama Mandiri Investasi Aliyahdin Saugi mengatakan tingginya minat produk investasi berbasis ESG seiring dengan kepedulian pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat terhadap lingkungan termasuk pengurangan emisi gas karbon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Produk investasi khususnya reksadana berlabel ESG, secara industri terjadi peningkatan dana kelolaan alias <em>asset under management<\/em> (AUM) signifikan,&#8221; kata Aliyahdin melalui keterangan tertulis, dikutip Minggu (9\/7\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada 2018, total AUM reksadana bertemakan ESG sebesar Rp28 miliar. Pada 2020, jumlahnya menjadi Rp480 miliar dan tahun ini sudah mencapai Rp630 miliar. Rata-rata pertumbuhan AUM reksadana ESG sekitar Rp100 miliar\u2013Rp200 miliar per tahun.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, peningkatan juga terlihat pada produk reksadana ESG yang diterbitkan. Tahun 2020, baru ada 5 produk reksadana, jumlahnya terus meningkat hingga pada semester pertama 2023 reksadana bertema ESG mencapai 21 reksadana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meningkatnya dana kelolaan itu utamanya dipicu oleh tingkat imbal hasil yang lebih tinggi dibanding reksadana non ESG.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sebagai contoh, imbal hasil Reksadana Indeks Mandiri FTSE Indonesia ESG yang kami luncurkan tahun lalu, mencatat tingkat <em>return<\/em> hingga plus 7%, bandingkan dengan kinerja IHSG yang negatif 5% pada periode yang sama,&#8221; tutur Aliyahdin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reksadana Mandiri Indeks FTSE Indonesia ESG adalah reksadana pertama di Indonesia yang menggunakan indeks FTSE Indonesia ESG sebagai acuan. Keunggulan utama Reksadana Mandiri Indeks FTSE Indonesia ESG dibanding produk reksadana lain ialah imbal hasil investasi yang diberikan setara dengan kinerja Indeks FTSE Indonesia ESG yang memiliki performa sangat baik.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSelain imbal hasil yang sangat baik relatif terhadap indeks lainnya, tidak ada risiko berupa rotasi sektor di pasar atau <em>allocation active risk<\/em> pada reksadana ini.
