{"id":8046,"date":"2023-08-16T16:10:33","date_gmt":"2023-08-16T09:10:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=8046"},"modified":"2023-08-16T16:10:38","modified_gmt":"2023-08-16T09:10:38","slug":"arus-kas-seret-waskita-kembali-tunda-pembayaran-utang","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/businessupdate.id\/?p=8046","title":{"rendered":"Arus Kas Seret, Waskita Kembali Tunda Pembayaran Utang"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>BusinessUpdate &#8211;<\/strong> PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) kembali menunda pembayaran bunga Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap IV tahun 2019 seri B ke 15, 16, dan 17 yang jatuh tempo pada Rabu (16\/8\/2023) karena arus kas seret dan mecatat rugi dalam 5 tahun berturut-turut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waskita Karya tidak melakukan penyetoran dana kepada Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) untuk pembayaran utang obligasi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2023, Perseroan tidak melakukan penyetoran dana kepada KSEI sebagai Agen Pembayaran sehubungan dengan pembayaran bunga ke-15, ke-16, dan ke-17 Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap IV Tahun 2019 seri B (PUB III Tahap IV Tahun 2019) yang akan jatuh pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2023 sebagaimana diperjanjikan dalam perjanjian perwaliamanatan,&#8221; tulis Direktur Utama Waskita Karya Mursyid dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penundaan pembayaran obligasi beserta bunganya itu dilakukan sehubungan dengan masih dilakukannya proses <em>review<\/em> secara komprehensif terhadap <em>master restructuring agreement <\/em>(MRA). &#8220;Penundaan pembayaran tersebut dilakukan sehubungan dengan masih dilakukannya proses review secara komprehensif terhadap MRA,&#8221; kata Musryid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan ketentuan perjanjian perwaliamanatan PUB III Tahap IV Tahun 2019, apabila kegagalan pembayaran bunga tersebut tidak diperbaiki dalam jangka waktu 14 hari kerja sejak diterimanya teguran tertulis dari Wali Amanat, maka perseroan dapat dinyatakan cidera janji.
