BusinessUpdate – <\/strong>PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk resmi menaikkan tarif tol Sedyatmo dan Tol Jakarta-Bogor-Ciawi (Tol Jagorawi) mulai Minggu (20\/8\/2023) sejak pukul 00.00 WIB. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penyesuaian tarif ini sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Nomor 855\/KPTS\/M\/ 2023 tanggal 31 Juli 2023 tentang Penyesuaian Tarif Tol pada Ruas Jalan Tol Sedyatmo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sedangkan kenaikan tarif Tol Jagorawi berdasarkan pada Kepmen PUPR Nomor 854\/KPTS\/M\/2023 tanggal 31 Juli 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penyesuaian kedua tarif tol ini merupakan penyesuaian tarif regular dan telah diatur dalam Pasal 48 ayat (3) Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 38 Tahun 2004 tentang Jalan dan Pasal 68 ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 15 Tahun 2005 tentang Jalan Tol. Sebagaimana telah diubah beberapa kali, terakhir dengan PP Nomor 30 Tahun 2017 tentang perubahan ketiga atas PP Nomor 15 Tahun 2005 tentang Jalan Tol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tarif Tol Jagorawi dan Tol Sedyatmo Terbaru Dikutip dari Instagram resmi Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad @jasamargametropolitan, kenaikan tarif Tol Jagorawi dan Tol Sedyatmo hanya sebesar Rp 500-Rp 1.000 dari tarif sebelumnya untuk masing-masing golongan kendaraan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penyesuaian tarif Tol Sedyatmo dan Tol Jagorawi bersifat reguler dua tahunan dengan inflasi sebesar 5,9%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
