Kini, pemerintah membebaskan pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) dan subsidi biaya administrasi rumah.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto menjelaskan, pembebasan PPN rumah komersial diberikan untuk pembelian rumah dengan harga di bawah Rp2 miliar. Ia menyebutkan, PPN pembelian rumah komersial dengan kriteria tersebut akan ditanggung oleh pemerintah sepenuhnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembebasan PPN rumah komersial sebesar 100% itu akan berlaku hingga Juni 2024. Setelah itu, besaran PPN yang ditanggung pemerintah akan berkurang menjadi 50% hingga Desember 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Bapak Presiden memutuskan agar dilakukan program PPN DTP (Ditanggung Pemerintah) untuk pembelian Rumah Komersial dengan harga di bawah Rp2 miliar,&#8221; kata Airlangga, melalui keterangan resmi, dikutip Rabu (25\/8\/2023).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, insentif berupa bantuan biaya administrasi (BBA) diberikan kepada masyarakat dengan kriteria masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Airlangga menyebutkan, besaran BBA yang diberikan sebesar Rp 4 juta untuk setiap pembelian rumah MBR.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kira-kira <em>cost<\/em> administrasi termasuk BPHTB dan yang lain itu sekitar Rp13,3 Juta, dan Pemerintah akan berkontribusi dengan memberikan pengurangan sebesar Rp4 Juta, sampai akhir tahun 2024,&#8221; tuturnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Airlangga juga menjelaskan, insentif itu diberikan untuk menjaga daya beli masyarakat sekaligus mendongkrak kinerja sektor properti di tengah ketidakpastian global yang meningkat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sektor properti yang menjadi salah satu sumber utama pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional memang mengalami pertumbuhan yang lambat dibanding sektor lain. &#8220;Untuk mendorong sektor perumahan yang pertumbuhan PDB-nya rendah, real estat hanya tumbuh 0,67%, dan PDB konstruksi hanya tumbuh 2,7%, diperlukan kebijakan untuk menggairahkan kembali sektor perumahan,&#8221; tutupnya.
