Saat ini perseroan masih membutuhkan modal tambahan dalam mengembangkan aset dan pembiayaan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of Investor Relations BSI Rizky Budinanda mengatakan pembagian dividen bakal disesuaikan dengan kewenangan dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) oleh pemegang saham.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKalau lihat dari kinerja pertumbuhan aset yang tumbuh 16% secara tahunan per September 2023, tentunya kami memerlukan kebutuhan modal untuk menunjang pertumbuhan aset dan pembiayaan,\u201d ujar Rizky dalam Public Expose, Rabu (29\/11\/2023).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi, BSI sebelumnya membayar dividen sebesar Rp426,01 miliar atau 10% dari laba bersihnya pada tahun buku 2022. Dividen BSI itu ekuivalen dengan Rp9,24 per lembar saham.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, tebaran dividen itu menurun jika dibandingkan dengan tebaran dividen pada tahun sebelumnya. BSI telah membagikan dividen tunai sebesar 25% dari laba bersih perseroan tahun buku 2021 atau sekitar Rp757 miliar kepada pemegang saham.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Kepatuhan BSI Tribuana Tunggadewi seakan memastikan bahwa pihaknya tak akan absen dalam memberikan dividen pada tahun ini. Namun, memang jumlah besaran dividen yang dibagikan merupakan kewenangan RUPST.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSesuai dengan ketentuan anggaran dasar dan peraturan yang berlaku dividen akan dibagikan pada RUPS Tahunan, dan setiap tahun kami melakukan RUPST. Untuk tahun 2023, tentu penyelenggaraan akan di tahun 2024, mengenai waktunya masih menunggu konfirmasi pemegang saham,\u201d tuturnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BSI mencatat laba sebesar Rp4,20 triliun atau tumbuh 31,04% pada kuartal III\/2023. Salah satu penopang dari pertumbuhan laba BSI adalah pertumbuhan volume pembiayaan hingga mendorong pendapatan margin bagi hasil tumbuh 15,74% secara tahunan.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BSI juga membukukan komposisi DPK (dana pihak ketiga) yang didominasi oleh dana murah. Adapun, hingga September 2023, penghimpunan DPK mencapai Rp262 triliun. Dari angka tersebut, komposisi dana murah berupa tabungan sebesar Rp115 triliun dan giro Rp42 triliun.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, dari segmen pembiayaan, penyaluran pembiayaan tercatat tumbuh positif, dengan kualitas yang sehat dan terjaga. BSI telah menyalurkan pembiayaan sebesar Rp232 triliun, naik 15,94% per September 20023. Pembiayaan didominasi oleh segmen konsumer sebesar Rp117,92 triliun, korporasi sebesar Rp54,39 triliun, mikro sebesar Rp21,45 triliun, SME Rp18,62 triliun dan komersial Rp11,86 triliun.
